St Neots Muay Thai have taken part in many competitions and there is always someone in training for an up and coming event!

In June 2008, St Neots Muay Thai travelled to Manchester to compete at Master Moores 'Bigwigs' event with Tom Ellison and Marcus Compton competing. The corner men were Daren Mathews, Conor Stockwell and Paul Wallis. Both fighters fought in the category 'C' class fights which are 3 rounds of 2 minutes (no knees or elbow strikes to the head). Tom won by TKO in the second round and Marcus Compton narrowly lost on points. Both fighters have been invited to attend the next meeting on December 5th 2008 - see news and events link at the top of the page for details!

Other events that St Neots fighters compete at are 'Singto' fights in Cambridge - the events are a good opportunity for novice fighters to practice the skills required for the sport or for advanced fighters to compete in full contact Muay Thai in the full size boxing ring. The 'no one wins' (but all fighters get a trophy) competition is held regularly in Cambridge and caters for all weight categories. The last fight day was Saturday 15th November 08 with 2 of our fighters competing; Mathew Fulcher and Daren Mathews entered for St Neots Muay Thai, see news and events!

Recently our fighters have competed in a Full Thai rules competition with knees and elbows to the head with our fighters showing tremendous ability in the ring - see photos of Conor Stockwell and Marcus Compton.
